The value of pipe #351 is 28 points.
George Vanderbush ran an auction on eBay for 4 pipes, this one among them. I found it too late to write George and ask about its color. In the photo it looked like it might be the very rare Coral (Melon) color so I took a chance and bid high to win it. Alas, it turned out to be the more common Federal Gold, but it is an improved example over the one I had in the collection. I am going to keep the former example to smoke and this one joins the collection. An even better example came my way so this one now joins the Pipes for Sale page. Robert Davis thought it would be an acceptable replacement for a pipe he had years ago and bought it.
