Handy Sell (handy*sell) offered a lot of pipes on eBay, among them this rather dilapidated specimen. However, any example is better than no example and it does, at least for a time, fill a cell on the Table of Colors and Shapes of the pipe - MADE IN ENGLAND. Perhaps a better example will come my way some day.
