Dennis Nichols (seek4him) offered this pipe at auction on eBay. The bidding was spirited but I managed to win and was glad I did. The risk was that the pipe would be another Burgundy Red example which would be of little value to me. As luck would have it, not only was it the color I hoped for, but it was in much better condition than the seller described it. It has joined my collection. (It looks more like Burgundy Red than it is in my photo too.)
