Albert Melcher offered this well-smoked pipe on eBay. I had the good fortune to win the bidding and, once I had it in hand, realized that the pipe I had previously identified as All-American wasn't. This one now has a place in the collection. All good things must come to an end and a better example came my way so I gave this one to Rick Osborn for all his help and cooperation.
