The value of pipe #250 is 60 points.
Baker Egerton called my attention to an unusual auction on eBay by Frank Montauk. Frank was offering the winning bidder the choice of any one of three NIB the pipes shown. I lost the bidding but was able to buy the other two. He was calling this billiard "red" and I thought it was Burnt Orange. When I got the pipe, I discovered to my delight that I was right! It's un-smoked in its original earlier packaging — the box color matches the pipe color and the pipe is inside a red velvet sock.
