The value of pipe #223 is 25 points.
When Reggie Lanier offered this grey pipe in a lot of two (the other was an Ebony Bulldog) on eBay, Baker Egerton was quick to let me know it was there. From the photo on eBay, I couldn't tell which grey it was but decided to chance it and bid. I was lucky enough to win the bidding and discovered that it was the darker grey, not the lighter. However, it is in slightly better shape than the one I had, so all was not lost. The Bulldog, of course, went directly to the Pipes for Sale page. When a really good specimen came along, this one went to Pipes for Sale, too. Sal Vitello decided to add it to his collection.
