Chris Brown and I have enjoyed our mutual interest in collecting the pipe for some time. When he won the bidding on a lot of two identical pipes, he was kind enough to offer one of them to me. Since the specimen of this shape/color in the collection was inferior to this one, it was my pleasure to buy this one from him and place the earlier example on the Pipes for Sale page.
