I bought a bunch of pipes from Jim Tedesco at the Chicago Pipe Show. Some months later he discovered the empty boxes for those I had bought and got another lot of pipes. He called and offered me first refusal on the new ones and to give me the boxes for the ones I had bought. Very nice of him. I bought four and this one was included in the empty boxes he gave me. I made it up to him by selling a metal pipe he had to another collector I know who specializes is metal pipes. I got more for it than he anticipated, so he let me keep this one. This pipe's a duplicate of one I already have in the collection, but it is in better condition (you can't get better than new), so the other was offered on the Pipes for Sale page.
